Machine Gun Kelly is setting the internet on fire after dropping a diss track against Eminem in response to the Detroit rapper's new album, "Kamikaze."
MGK released the NSFW song "Rap Devil" (a clever play on the name of Eminem's song "Rap God") on Monday after Eminem dragged him on "Not Alike."
In the song, Eminem addressed a 2012 tweet where MGK called his daughter Hailie "hot as (expletive)." "If you wanna come at me with a sub, Machine Gun / And I'm talkin' to you, but you already know who the (expletive) you are, Kelly / I don't use sublims and sure as (expletive) don't sneak-diss / But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie."
MGK fired back in his new track, rapping: "Mad about something I said in 2012 / Took you six years and a surprise album just to come with a diss." The rapper has previously said Eminem blackballed him in the industry following the tweet.
The Cleveland native said his diss track against Eminem is "standing up for not just myself, but my generation." MGK claims he was "defend(ing) myself from someone i called an idol."

Social media users went crazy after MGK dropped "Rap Devil."
One Twitter user said the song reinvigorated the rap game: "We thought (hip-hop) was dead, then Em dropped Kamakazi. Came for everybody like the grim reaper. Then Machine Gun Kelly responded by dragging him over hot coal."
Another social media user said the renewed rap beef perfectly sums up 2018: "Okay we are officially witnessing an Eminem x Machine Gun Kelly rap beef. LMAO. How do I exit 2018?"
A social media user gave MGK props for coming for the "rap god": "Ok @machinegunkelly I will give you credit for having the balls to dissing Eminem and having the bars to back it up. Name any other rapper that will do that."
Another Twitter user sided with MGK: "Machine Gun Kelly bodied Eminem."
Some fans stuck with Slim Shady and said they are (not so) patiently waiting for a reply.
One Twitter user thanked MGK for sacrificing himself: "Thank you Machine Gun Kelly for sacrificing your career so we can hear another Eminem diss track."
A social media user directed an "I'm praying for you" meme at Machine Gun Kelly after noting the rapper "dissed Eminem and name dropped (Hailie)."
